Image transformation is available on all plans with a separate allowance: Free includes 50 new transformations per UTC month, Hobby includes 1,000 per UTC day, and Production includes 10,000 per UTC day. Only a new, uncached derivative consumes that allowance; delivered images still follow the plan's regular request and bandwidth terms.
