CorsProxy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is CorsProxy's policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Services, please provide CorsProxy's Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit CorsProxy to locate the material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit CorsProxy to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with CorsProxy by providing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the user.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- The user's name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, CorsProxy may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing them that CorsProxy may reinstate the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user, the removed material may be restored to the Services.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
CorsProxy adheres to the DMCA's policies regarding repeat infringers. We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
4. Policy Updates
CorsProxy reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the website.
